Two clear training systems. One stronger workforce.
Learn for the job. Train for the workplace.
Jobseekers and workers choose the job category they want to enter, complete Zazi lessons and quizzes, earn scored badges and build a live CV. Businesses separately turn their own approved SOPs into private training for their registered staff.
Personal job-category training
A jobseeker or registered worker chooses any available role they want to prepare for. Zazi creates general career-starter lessons, a quiz, a score and a badge. This training is not linked to one employer.
Private employer SOP training
A business loads its own approved SOPs, registers its staff and assigns private workplace training. The employer controls the content, staff access, progress records and final approval.
A live CV owned by the individual
Jobseekers and employed workers can create and download a CV. Passed Zazi courses, scores and verified badges can be added as the person continues learning and working.
For jobseekers and workers
Train for the work you want to enter
Zazi now offers a searchable personal-learning catalogue across 24 industry groups. Each chosen job category creates a separate five-lesson career starter with a 12-question final assessment, a recorded score and an earned badge.
These are work-readiness courses. They do not replace an employer's induction, practical instruction, licence, accreditation, site rules or approved SOP training.
