Controlled public test terms · 26 July 2026

Terms of use

Zazi is operated in South Africa by Girschen Clingen trading as Zazi. These plain-language terms govern the controlled public test and are subject to final legal review before a full commercial launch.

Controlled public test status

Zazi is available for controlled public testing. Features may change while the service is tested with real users. Test, preview and demonstration records must not be treated as final commercial or employment commitments.

Accounts and permitted use

Use accurate details, protect your password and permanent member code, and use only the role and organisation access assigned to you. Do not attempt to access another user, alter training evidence, submit false employment information, upload unlawful material or disrupt the service.

Learning and workplace guidance

Jobseeker Academy training is free. Businesses buy lesson credits and use them when paid training is assigned to staff. Zazi guidance is practical and advisory: users must follow their employer's approved SOPs, system permissions, safety rules and lawful instructions. Training is not accredited unless a course expressly states that it is accredited and identifies the accredited provider.

Business responsibilities

A business must have authority to add its staff, assign roles, upload or use its procedures and allocate training. The business remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of its procedures, staffing decisions, workplace permissions and any content supplied to Zazi.

Payments and account credits

Published Yoco payment links may be used during the controlled test. Zazi does not add training or QuickShift credits merely because a payment page was opened. The payment must be completed and then verified against the receipt, business name, Zazi login email and payment reference. Package prices and included credits are shown before payment.

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep Zazi available and records secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised during testing. Planned maintenance, supplier incidents, hosting interruptions and necessary security work may temporarily affect access.

Refunds and corrections

Duplicate, incorrect or unallocated payments may be investigated and corrected under the published refund process. Training already assigned or consumed will be reviewed against the learning record and ledger. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
