Privacy notice

Zazi is operated in South Africa by Girschen Clingen trading as Zazi. This notice explains how personal information is handled during the controlled public test and remains subject to final legal review before a full commercial launch.

Information we use

Account and contact details; organisation, role and employment information; course progress, quiz results, certificates and CV details; support enquiries; and technical security logs. Payment references and confirmation details may be recorded, but Zazi does not collect or store card numbers, card security codes or bank-login credentials.

Why we use it

To provide accounts, learning, staff administration, skills records, CV downloads, QuickShift, support, security and billing records; to meet legal obligations; and to improve service reliability during the controlled public test.

Who receives it

Information is shared only where needed with the business administering a staff account and with service providers that host the application, database, email and verified payments. Yoco processes payments on its own secure service. Ask Zazi is not active in the controlled pilot, so workplace prompts are not currently sent to an external AI provider through that feature.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete inaccurate or unnecessary personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or ask how your information is used. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, accounting or legal reasons.

Security and retention

Signed-in access controls, organisation-scoped permissions, server-controlled training records and payment verification are used to reduce unauthorised access. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, an active account, dispute handling, security or applicable record-keeping duties.
